    Southwest ADI is currently interviewing candidates for our East Texas location.


    Position Overview:


    The Accessory Territory Sales Manager position is responsible to sell and promote General Motors Accessories and sales processes within the GM Dealerships in their assigned geographical territory.

    The pay structure of this role is a combination of salary and commission. In addition, you will be given a car and cell phone allowance.

    Territory Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:


    Based in Tyler, TX, our Territory Sales Managers work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise and support the sales of GM Accessories.

    Territories are assigned monthly sales objectives tied to individual GM dealership objectives.

    Performance is based on exceeding 100% of the assigned territory sales objective and a GM specified percentage of assigned dealers exceeding 100% monthly.

    Consult with dealership

    managers/executives

    to improve GM Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities.

    Develop customized GM Accessories displays, point-of-sale material and incentive programs to support the sale of GM Accessories within each assigned dealership.

    Create engagement by training dealership personnel on GM Accessories selling processes; includes sales staff, parts departments, service departments and body shops.

    Provide local accessory support for divisional & dealer events.

    Territory Sales Manager Job Requirements:


    Previous experience as an entrepreneurial sales professional is desired, including a basic understanding of dealership operations and a passion for working with and/or selling to dealerships.

    Expectation is to work full-time, in the dealerships within your assigned geographical territory.
    Candidate should reside in proximity to assigned geographical territory in the Inland Empire area.
    Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired.
    Previous military service is recognized and considered.
