*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as part of our collaboration days*What do we need:Amway is looking for a marketing communications professional to support our corporate traceability and sustainability programs. This person will bring experience in supporting the areas of product transparency/tracing programs and/or environmental sustainability. We are seeking someone who is skilled at being in product creation details, has helped execute traceability or sustainability criteria, and has consistently created succinct, engaging consumer stories out of those details. This person needs to be skilled in communicating (writing, editing, overall eye for design) and coordinating communication asset development, such as things like copy, videos and photos, infographics, etc. The abilities to problem solve, pay attention to and organize details, work cohesively across multiple teams and effectively produce deliverables are a must.

You will have the chance to go behind the scenes in product development and be a champion for environmental sustainability and product transparency.
Candidates need to quickly understand details, have experience in environmental sustainability and/or product traceability/transparency efforts, be relationship builders who collaborate well, be able to take a detailed project and yet tell it in a concise and engaging way to consumers, be self-driven, skilled at writing and editing, have an eye for design, and work in an agile fashion.
Responsibilities include:
Help define and coordinate program storytelling.
Gather and/or define new storytelling, work with the correct teams across the organization to get the proper insights and develop the program assets, support product launches and the overall enterprise with sustainability and traceability assets on time and on budget.
Work with various teams internally and externally to create assets. Share and encourage our affiliate partners to use the assets in their markets.Work with internal teams to gather a variety of supplier insights we need for ongoing product traceability storytelling.
Frequently work with the technology team on maintenance of our global traceability website
Support maintenance and updates to Amway's sustainability webpage and internal SharePoint sites
Support global affiliate questions and/or needs that arise about Amway's traceability and sustainability programs. Provide communication guidance, as needed, with our various markets and partners. Ensure messaging is aligned with our approved direction and content.
Help enforce our ingredient and product tracing/tracking standards with raw material suppliers and product development (project management skills, relationship management with suppliers and internal audiences, tracking progress against our standards).
Assist our team in collaborating across headquarter functions to ensure embodiment of our strategies into their various plans (product marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, facilities, sales, etc.).
Help track across our program KPIsRequired qualifications:
3-5 years experience in direct or related field
Experience supporting marketing communication programs and strategies and/or sustainability
BS degree in communications, marketing, sustainability, quality assurance or related field, or relative experience
Skills to be successful in the role:
Communications skills, including writing and editing
Comfortable coordinating projects and working with a variety of teams
Analytical and market research skills
Ability to interact positively and professionally with team members and clients from globally diverse cultural backgrounds
Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and practices
