    About the Role

    The Medical Assistance Department is in immediate need of an organized and dedicated Clerical Analyst. This position provide real time assistance to internal and external customers. These needs could routinely include things such as Scheduling, Reporting analytics, payment requests from vendor, training material updates, and day to day items needing support for the Medical Assistance Team. Support will be required during core business hours, working with the Supervisory staff.

    We are seeking candidates to join our group, specifically to handle shifts between 7a-5p, including a possible weekend once a month. We have a number of scheduling options available to provide candidates with good work/life balance in exchange for this challenging, fast paced, and often demanding environment..

    This is not inclusive of the job functions, rather touching on the multi-functional needs. If you enjoy fast-paced work, are highly proficient in working independently and you take a meticulous approach to your tasks, we're interested in hearing from you. This position involves communicating with a wide range of individuals, internal and external to AIG – excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

    Knowledge, Skills Required

    • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Windows, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint
    • Advanced People Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Call Center Experience or in-depth knowledge of the Call Center Operations
    • High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful
    • Flexible to work different hours as needed and ability to work against deadlines in a stressful environment
