    As the Property Manager, you will work to make sure the property is running efficiently on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for supervising all business functions and will directly manage the sales and leasing of the property, and you will work closely with the local team and corporate office to develop and maintain an innovative and targeted campaign to establish the brand and product.

    As the Property Manager, you will get to utilize your creativity through social media tools to increase exposure, gain brand awareness, and create client loyalty. As an excellent people-person, you will be responsible for developing professional, service-based relationships with clients, residents, and vendors.     POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    • A high School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, management, leadership, or a related field is preferred.
    • Prior experience in management or a similar position is required.
    • Previous property management experience is preferred.
    • A valid driver's license and the ability to be covered on the Company's insurance policy is required.
    POSITION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
    • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.
    • The ability to establish a relationship, identify prospect needs, sell around individual needs, close the prospect, and turn them into a resident.
    • The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
    • The ability to adjust one's actions in relation to others' actions.
    • The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.
    • The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and residents.
    • The ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
    • The ability to prioritize and make rational and appropriate decisions.
    • The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
    • The ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
    • The ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
