    Your Role


    As part of the Co-CEO Hub Technology team, the Storage Administrator will work in a 24x7 fast-paced environment focused on adding value.

    You will be involved in understanding problems, such as how to best position technologies and services to enhance the challenges across a global firm-managing a globally distributed storage platform that provides our practitioners the best performance, redundancy, and resilience.

    What You Will Do

    Perform daily system analysis to assess risks and address them as neededResponsible for configuration and support of global storage infrastructure using NetApp, Panzura, Pure, and VMware VSAN technologiesBuilds and configures SAN and NAS storage arrays with working knowledge of CIFS/SMB, NFS, and iSCSI protocolsEnsure new storage technologies are adequately tested and integrated into existing servicesAssists with the development, testing, and enforcement of disaster recovery, backup, and archival plans against storage technologiesCreate and maintain documentation of storage system environmentsDevelop and maintain appropriate operation plans to meet defined service level agreementsProvide capacity planning and forecasting for all storage environmentsResolve complex IT issues in a Tier 3 capacityContinually review, recommend and initiate change requests as neededSuggest improvements based on technology, best practices, or changing requirementsManage and coordinate efforts to support the global needs of a 24x7 environmentInterface with vendors regarding complex issues and see through to resolutionParticipate in rotational on-call pager dutiesParticipate in rotational maintenance dutiesAssist and mentor junior members on the teamYour Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and/or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in building and maintaining storage system environmentsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance conflicting demandsStrong analytical skills coupled with technical creativity and visionExcellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and telecommunications systemsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organizationExcellent leadership and decision-making skillsUnited States citizenship for government project administrationFluent English language skillsAbility to co-lift 50 pounds to complete occasional data center tasksCertifications such as NetApp NCTA/NCDA/NCIE, VMware VCP/VCAP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL, CompTIA Server+/Cloud+Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with enterprise data migrations to cloud platformsExperience working with global file-sharing/collaboration technologiesStrong knowledge of project management principlesStrong knowledge of security best practices as they overlap with areas of responsibilityExtensive familiarity with NetApp (Data Ontap 9+, CVO, ANF), Panzura, Pure Storage, CIFS/SMB/iSCSI/NFS, Active Directory, DFS, NTFS, and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), VMwareScripting languages such as Powershell a plus


    The compensation range for Los Angeles is $125k-135k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience


    The compensation range for Oakland is $130k-$145k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience
