Overview:

As a Plumber, you will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities and equipment. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a well-maintained and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, Diagnose, and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose plumbing issues, and perform repairs. Install, replace, or upgrade plumbing fixtures and systems as needed.
• Troubleshooting and Emergency Response: Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and respond to emergency calls promptly.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain records of work performed and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Client Communication and Satisfaction: Communicate effectively with clients, explain plumbing issues and solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Safety and Equipment Maintenance: Prioritize safety, maintain a clean work area, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial service plumbing
• Ability to operate and maintain various plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, soldering torches, and drain cleaning equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems accurately.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of plumbing installations and repairs.
• Precision in measuring and cutting pipes and fittings to exact specifications.
• Professionalism and the ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Flexibility to work in various commercial settings, such as office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, and industrial facilities.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies and industry trends through ongoing education and training.

Salary:

$32 - $42 per hour DOE
