    Campaigns Volunteer & Programs Coordinator


    SUPERVISOR:
    Vice President of Campaigns


    LOCATION:
    Washington, DC/Remote

    ABOUT THE ROLE


    Join our team as a Campaigns Volunteer & Programs Coordinator, working closely with the Vice President of Campaigns and contributing to various projects that support our national, state, and local mobilizations and campaigns.


    You will play a key role in implementing priority and electoral campaigns through mobilization efforts and expanding our field volunteer program, enhancing our direct voter contact initiatives such as voter registration and other mobilization activities.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support team workflow for program coordination and volunteer engagement at local and national levels
    • Assist the Vice President of Campaigns with special project deadlines and cross-departmental initiatives
    • Collaborate with colleagues on stewardship projects and events, focusing on volunteer engagement
    • Aid in developing best practices for data management using various technologies for mobilization efforts
    • Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, and related tasks efficiently
    • Manage special projects related to volunteer engagement, recruitment, and activation training
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Campaigns Department

    QUALIFICATIONS


    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum high school Diploma or a 2-year Degree/Certificate in Project Management
    • Three to five years of experience in program/project management or related field
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    • Experience working with stakeholders, partners, and volunteers
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Project Management Software
