Team Apres is hiring a full-time, year-round, or seasonal front desk employee for our small boutique hotel near Downtown Whitefish. Housing assistance is available. This candidate will work with the management and housekeeping team to anticipate guests' needs and provide a pleasant and memorable stay. This candidate often works alone, so they must have strong problem-solving skills.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting all hotel guests

Communicating professionally via email, the phone, and in person

Checking guests in/ out, processing payments, and recording guest notes

Serving espresso and waffles in the morning shift

Solving guest issues and practicing guest service recovery

Lighting and maintaining a fire in the wood-burning Sauna.
