Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial general contractor engaged in heavy highway constructionGood understanding of project change administration and the effect of the quality aspects of the projectSolid understanding of means and methods of construction for civil project workDetailed, organized, accurate, proactiveDemonstrated ability to multi-task across several projectsStrong supervisory and team management skillsWorking knowledge of Outlook, Excel, WordStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-directed and motivatedDemonstrated leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to complete projects on time and on budgetAvailability on nights and weekends
