    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Infosys is seeking a Senior Python Developer.

    In the role, you will collaborate with key customers to apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code work you're doing for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; you will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain Python-based web applications
    • Should have Worked in all phases of the Software development life cycle (SDLC) starting from requirement gathering, designing functional document to implementation, delivery, test planning, execution, and production support.
    • Knowledge on Agile Methodology (scrum process), and understanding of all key scrum ceremonies like story grooming, etc.
    • Ensure Sprint dedication and release goals are met, understand program/ project objectives, and meet the release goals.
    • Metrics to be met as per agreed SLA for the team.
    • Own the team on technical guidance, mentoring as needed.
    • Coordinate with offshore team, client team and take end to end responsibility of project delivery.
    • Customer management, weekly reports/ governance, and cadence with ITPMs, Architects as needed.
    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
