Past eligibility for MLT (ASCP) prior to 2004 or current eligibility for MLT (ASCP)cm or MLT (AMT)
In Lieu Of
In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, completion of a 50-week U.S. military medical laboratory training course as shown on the DD214 form qualify with certificate instead of Associate's degree (with MLT certification) or qualifies under CLIA (42CFR b)(5)(i) and (b)(5)(ii) with education and experience prior to 4/24/1995 with Prisma Health laboratory medical director approval.
