    Job Summary

    We are seeking licensed or pre-licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team in delivering high-quality mental health solutions. As a therapist, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
    • Provide face-to-face and virtual psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and children.
    • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
    • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments, promoting positive change and growth.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care.
    • Perform regular wellness checks to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

    Educational & Licensure Requirements

    • To qualify, applicants must meet either of the following educational and licensure requirements:
    • A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field with a VA State issued Counseling License.
    • A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field with VA State approved Residency status.

    Qualifications

    • A current and unrestricted license is required.
    • Previous experience as a mental health therapist is preferred but not necessary.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
    • A positive, compassionate attitude and helpful demeanor are required.
    • Highly organized individuals with exceptional writing skills are highly valued.

    Additional Notes

    This position offers a competitive salary and flexible scheduling options, including the opportunity to work from home. Pre-licensed therapists can expect to earn between $30-$35 per hour, while licensed therapists will receive a salary based on a therapist/agency percentage split. The ideal candidate will be able to offer both Telehealth and Face-to-Face therapy services, adapting to the needs of our diverse client base.
