Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Hybrid – minimum of 3 Days In-Clinic, 2 Days Remote
Salary: $90K–$110K + Monthly Bonuses

Treetop ABA is expanding into Albuquerque — and we're looking for an enthusiastic BCBA to help us build something amazing. This is your chance to join a supportive, collaborative team while enjoying the perfect balance of in-clinic interaction and remote flexibility.
You'll spend three days each week working hands-on with children and families in our new clinic and two days focusing on planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and track meaningful progress
- Supervise, train, and collaborate with RBTs
- Partner closely with families to support consistency and growth
- Balance in-person client work with remote planning and coordination
