    Our Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a liaison to our applicants, candidates, vendors and internal partners.

    Must sit in Maryland, Delaware, or New Jersey

    The Talent Acquisition Partner will possess a bias to action and be ready to roll up their sleeves.

    The Talent Acquisition Partner will be a strategic business partner who fosters an environment of trust and confidence with operations while providing an exceptional experience to the organizations applicants and candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner is the subject matter expert and consultant to our internal partners across all service lines of the business. The Talent Acquisition Partner Will be responsible for adapting, reacting, projecting, planning and implementation of various sourcing and recruiting strategies, and also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring along with administering and interpreting Radiologix workplace rules and guidelines.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Development of Talent Acquisition strategies with key stakeholders (leadership and hiring managers) to ensure we continue to hire world-class talent
    • Date driven evaluation and implementation of improvements to strategic research and sourcing plans
    • Evaluate and enhance candidate experience
    • Develop proactive research and sourcing strategies to impact pipeline of a diverse workforce.
    • Initiate requisitions and conduct partner strategy meetings with hiring managers for specialized roles. Including intake sessions, huddle calls, scorecards.
    • Lead the successful management, prioritization, and closing of searches. Full Lifecycle.
    • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
    • Make and influence decision based on industry related KPIs
    • Conduct quarterly site visits and attend hiring events within region
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • At least 2 years of health care recrutiing or agency staffing experience.
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (experience formatting pivot tables with various formulas).
