Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
