    What You Will Experience In This Position


    This is an opportunity to use your project management and supply chain analytics skills to help transform our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC).

    This role will be responsible for working with key partners to help translate strategies into executable plans providing overall project management of key priorities with matrixed leadership.

    The successful candidate will provide oversight using leading project management principles and methodologies, supply chain data analytics insights, supervise and control risk to execution, and collaborate with initiative owners to deliver strategic priorities.

    This position reports to the SVP of Enterprise ISC.


    Leads the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) structure for key ISC projects/programs and provides subject matter expertise to the initiative owners for (programming scope, data analytics insights, schedule, budget and quality).

    Collaborates with relevant leaders (EHS, Lean, Procurement, Automation, Finance, IT, Segment Leaders) to ensure progress and timely accurate business reviews.

    Supports project implementation, helping to develop goals, resource plans, alignment, and ensuring data and reporting are consistent, standardized and of high quality.

    Leads the review of project health and risk management, reporting on the financial position of the portfolio, and ensuring compliance to governance.

    Incorporates organizational change into all projects and key initiatives. Influences and leads change, raising team effectiveness and performance.
    Leads improving project/program management tools, processes, and technology adoption.

    Facilitates Root Cause Countermeasures (RCCM) activity coming out of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to support the resulting improvement activities required.

    Ensures project status information (schedules, outcomes, costs, risks, issues, etc.) passes to-and-from key customers.

    Ensures effective project risk and partner concern processes are used, and that barriers to effective project execution are identified and addressed quickly.

    You Have

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Finance is required. Master's degree preferred.
    8+ years of project, program, and strategy deployment management experience.
    8+ years of shown experience leading supply chain transformation.
    PMI or PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

    Demonstrated ability using successful business systems to drive team results: creating data insights, visualizing and reporting project status, benchmark analysis and business case creation, developing executive presentations, internal/external best practice facilitation.

    Ability to drive projects in both operational and non-operational areas, including connecting cross-functional resources along extended value streams.
    An influencer with the interpersonal skills to connect with and positively collaborate at all levels of the organization.
    Problem solving skills and ability to build data insights to help influence and make sound business decisions.
