We seek an individual passionate about Resilience within our Growth category to establish a global community of people with personal goals in this area.

This community involves goal sharing, regular updates, chat, Zoom calls, and integration with other Quest app features to manage goals, habits, and mentorship.

About the Role:

As a Quest Community Lead, you will help build and nurture purpose-driven communities for individuals pursuing personal growth and goal achievement.

Your role is central to finding, supporting, and engaging community members so they can grow within Quest.

This is not administrative work; your focus will be connecting with interested users, inspiring participation, and making meaningful impact on others while achieving your own goals as well.

Key Responsibilities:
External Outreach

Given your experience in the goal area, find opportunities to share Quest while following the rules of external communities.

For example, you can submit Quest on sites that list products or games, post about it on relevant forums and social media groups, your own social media accounts, etc.

Contact individuals and send them your personal invite link to join the community.
Answer questions that interested individuals have about Quest.

Quest Community Management

Share about your goal progress on a weekly basis in the community for the goal area.
Chat with others, mention them, and remind them to share their progress.
Answer questions, and resolve conflict as needed.
Attend community Zoom calls (usually weekly), and decide the best time to meet with other community members.

Creative Strategy and SEO

Think out of the box:
what are people interested in this goal area already searching for? What are they paying for, and how can you talk to them?
Consider writing blog posts, news stories, etc. in this area and mention Quest.
Whatever works to find new community members who actively participate.


Ideal Candidate:
Experience participating in a community specific to the goal area.
Community moderation or leadership experience.
Experience setting goals and habits related to the goal area.


Compensation:
Free access to full subscription features of Quest, in exchange for monthly community activity and referring new users.

Extra support from the Spiritual Data team, including mentorship from the Founder Joshua Mathias on how to apply Quest to your personal goals.

Admin access to the community you lead.

Potential for pay and/or Quest mentorship credits as a result of referring paying users, and other opportunities to grow with Spiritual Data.
