- Provide International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) guidance to MDA/IP
- Review/assist with Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs); ITAR exemptions; import and export documents (e.g
- Consult with U.S
- Monitor the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S
- Utilize the Bureau of Industry and Security system to track export license applications and check the status of export/re-export license applications
- Utilize the DoS DDTC Electronic Licensing Entry System (ELISA) to check the status of Application Control Number (ACN) cases
- Monitor, track, and facilitate review of Third Party Transfer material
- Support Foreign Military Sales cases/programs
- Receive, create, analyze, track, delegate, and/or close Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks for MDA/IP and supporting organizations
- Develop and staff Official Representation Funds packages (ORF)
- Participate in meetings to assist with task prioritization, resolve issues, and facilitate supervisory decisions, and track meeting action items
- Coordinate foreign disclosure for briefings, data sharing and information exchanges between MDA/IP and partnering nations and organizations
- Support development of International Agreements to address technical aspects of technology transfer, export control policy, and agreement obligations
- Support the development of senior-level briefings, info papers, and read-aheads
- Ensure proper classification markings are in accordance with DoD regulations
- Experience with TMT or other task management software
- Experience with ITAR, TAA, and Export Control processes and procedures
- Experience interacting and supporting senior-level government customers
- Work independently and as part of a Team to identify and solve problems
- Have the ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development and required documentation in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- A self-starter with excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to follow established procedures, and solve routine problems
- A willingness to perform a variety of tasks ranging from engineering to drafting meeting minutes based upon the needs of the program
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Possess a current U.S
- Must be a U.S
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work
- Experience with Missile Defense Agency policies and procedures
- Experienced in Foreign Military Sales and Third Party Transfers
- DoD acquisition experience
- Experience generating briefings, white papers, and presenting information at the executive level
