- Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Arizona state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience working with elementary or high school students is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
