    Description

    The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Senior Radiology Technologist is responsible for providing diagnostic radiologic/sonographic services to customer-owners. In addition to direct customer-owner care, the Senior Radiology Technologist is responsible for mentoring and coaching staff assigned to them on the Nuka System of Care.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate degree in a related field from an accredited school.
    • Registered Ultrasonographer (RDMS), Radiology Technologist, OR Mammography Technologist.
    a. Medical Radiologic Technologist (RT) through the American Association of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT);

    b. OR Mammography Technologist through the American Association of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) (M);

    c. OR Ultrasonographer with certification as a Registered Sonographer through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

    i. OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS);

    ii. OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI);

    iii. AND completion of RDMS certification within one (1) year of hire.


    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required.

    Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
