    Job Description:


    This position is focused on providing excellent customer service in the Tool Rental department while ensuring that all units are maintained according to company standards. In addition to supporting customer needs , technicians must also have effective time management skills.
    The role involves inspecting tools upon receipt from customers or stores , writing contracts/invoices as needed , performing routine maintenance tasks like cleaning lubricating filter replacements oil changes charging etc.. Finally they return these items back onto rental stock after they've passed quality control checks performed by other staff members before handing over keys/billing documents directly related solely towards satisfied patrons!
