    StaffMD is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a Permanent Opportunity in the area of Central New York.

    About the Role

    • Permanent position with the option to work at one of three clinics, providing community exposure and experience.
    • Three office locations: Hamilton, NY; Morrisville, NY; or Waterville, NY.

    Key Highlights

    • Flexible scheduling options: five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days per week.
    • Competitive compensation package:
      • Year 1: $230K guaranteed salary.
      • Bonus structure based on wRVU production (exceeding 4,595) - $40 per wRVU paid out quarterly.
    • Comprehensive benefits package:
      • Fully paid malpractice insurance.
      • Paid time off (PTO): up to 600 hours per year.
      • CME reimbursement: 5 days (40 hours) annually, with a $3,500 annual allowance.
      • Relocation assistance: up to $10K reimbursed with receipts.
