    Dental Care Alliance's mission is to advance the practice of dentistry by partnering with and supporting dental professionals to create a lifetime of healthy smiles.

    Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, DCA currently supports over 400 allied practices and supports over 900 dentists across 23 states. DCA's allied practices represent all dental specialties and treat patients under more than 150 brand names.


    Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, to lead tactical recruitment across an assigned region and/or discipline.


    This role will be both a leader and mentor and will also be responsible for supporting talent acquisition within that same defined region and/or discipline.

    Working across various support lines in University/Residency and other scholastic programs, Technology and CRM, and Marketing.

    This leader will execute on core performance metrics across the region and/or discipline within DCA.


    In this role, you will play a crucial part in acquiring top-tier talent that aligns with our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

    Responsibilities

    Leadership:
    Responsible for leading a team of 2-6 Recruiters, Sourcers and/or coordinators depending on the regional assignment


    Accountable for the performance of the entire region, including but not limited to managing individual requisitions, and the alignment of the team to maximize top of funnel candidate growth and total timely close of active requisitions.


    Leader aligned with strategic leadership accountable for; improving marketing, candidate selection workflow, process improvement, and implementation of tools and technologies.

    Performance management, reporting, and analytics for assigned region/discipline

    Manage hiring leader escalations, projects and programs, and support the development of strategic initiatives designed to build a best in class function


    Deliver regional strategies, including but not limited to: school and hiring events, regional outbound and inbound marketing, job advertisement, and SEO.


    Strategic Talent Sourcing:
    Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-notch candidates within the dental industry.

    Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.

    End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

    Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.


    Relationship Building:
    Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique staffing needs and challenges.

    Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from the initial contact through the onboarding process.


    Employer Branding:


    Actively participate in building and promoting the Dental Care Alliance employer value proposition within our house of over 160+ brands.

    Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract passive candidates and position Dental Care Alliance as an employer of choice.


    Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    Leverage analytics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

    Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    Applicable work experience and/or military experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.

    Proven success in recruiting for various roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions.

    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.

    Leadership experience preferred
