Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and market trends.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.
Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, competition, and technological advancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.
Define product features and requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and are feasible to implement.
Champion user experience, ensuring that products are intuitive, easy to use, and meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell existing customers, attract new customers, and introduce new revenue streams.
Oversee product launches, coordinating activities across departments to ensure successful execution and adoption.
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining requirements, managing development schedules, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Act as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners as needed.
Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing key metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market trends, adjusting product strategies and roadmaps as needed to maintain competitiveness.
Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards, working closely with legal and regulatory teams as necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
5+ years of product management experience in the telecommunications industry
Proven experience successfully launching and managing products from concept to market
Strong understanding of telecommunications technology, including voice, data, and wireless networks, as well as emerging technologies such as 5G and Edge Computing
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Efficient and effective written and verbal communication
