    We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Teacher to support children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth as a lead teacher.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan age-appropriate lessons and implement developmentally appropriate practices in the classroom
    • Update Tadpoles Parent Communication App
    • Execute planned lessons and follow the daily classroom structure/schedule
    • Keep a clean, organized classroom
    • Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
    • Communicate with parents and update them on their children's activities

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a lead teacher in a child care setting
    • Strong understanding of child development
    • Patient, kind, and nurturing
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
    • Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA certified)
    • Must be able to commit to an 8:00-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm schedule with an hour break
