    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily accounting transactions, focusing on accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure timely verification, classification, and recording of financial data, including invoice processing and payment disbursements.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial entries and records.
    • Support monthly and annual reconciliation efforts for vendor accounts and statements.
    • Assist in preparing detailed financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
    • Maintain compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring all financial operations are carried out in line with legal guidelines.

    We Are Looking For:
    • A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
    • Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and a high level of professionalism.
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is a plus.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.
    Compensation Range: $32,000 - $42,000
