    Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Data Analyst to join our Engineering Department. The CMMS Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing data within our CMMS to support maintenance activities and optimize asset performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a deep understanding of CMMS systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Data Management: Manage and maintain the integrity of data within the CMMS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information.
    2. Data Analysis: Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to asset performance, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.
    3. Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and insights to stakeholders within the Engineering Department and across the organization.
    4. Optimization: Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings based on data analysis and insights.
    5. Troubleshooting: Investigate data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors within the CMMS, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
    6. Training and Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to users of the CMMS system, ensuring proper data entry, utilization of features, and adherence to best practices.
    7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices, advancements in CMMS technology, and emerging trends in data analysis to continuously improve processes and systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience working with CMMS systems, such as Maximo, SAP PM, or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
    • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry is preferred but not required.
