We are looking for a strong candidate to join our cosmetic and family dental practice in Temecula, CA as a Treatment Coordinator. The full-time position entails multiple responsibilities, and our future colleague must be able to perform the duties described below while enhancing the practice's culture and the patient-first mentality that we deeply believe in. Hours are Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm and Fridays 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments as needed.
• Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
• Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
• Knowledge of presenting and scheduling treatment planning.
• Knowledge of and capability to do insurance breakdowns and making outbound calls.
• Knowledge of in-network/out-network and PPO in fee for service
