Job Summary:
Overses associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned department(s). Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Greetings each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assesses their needs, suggests alternative options, and provides resolution.
- L eads associates utilizing effective communications skills. Trains and coaches associates to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience.
