**The Opportunity**

_In this role you will have the opportunity to:_

+ Provides support to project teams with basic logistics functions for project/proposal.

+ May be required to support other logistics duties. Receives direct supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support execution of domestic and international ground, ocean, and air shipments.

+ Assist with contracting carriers and freight forwarders to support project shipments.

+ Support review of required shipping documentation from suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.

+ Maintain shipping records and file appropriately in project repository.

+ Tracking of shipments for multiple projects.

+ Support the development of logistics plan for proposals and projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ General Computer Skills

+ Microsoft Word

+ Microsoft Excel

+ Attention to detail

+ Knowledge of relevant financial terms and conditions

**Minimum Qualifications**

BA or BS degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Technical, or related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
