Job summary
This job assumes responsibility for all administrative functions which support one or more roles within the company by performing a variety of clerical tasks.The job involves answering incoming calls and returning missed calls, scheduling services, checking and responding to emails and text messages,
uploading scanned documents, filing documents, mailing invoices,
creating verification/authorizations for payments,
checking forms tracker and contacting customers who have signed,
contacting customers with past due balances,
