    Tastemakers LLC a Miami-based company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Director, the individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various platforms.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Social Media Marketing

    · Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

    · Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

    · Manage all aspects of social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

    · Monitor social media trends and stay updated on best practices to optimize content and strategy.

    · Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

    Digital Marketing

    · Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and paid social.

    · Manage website content and optimization efforts to improve user experience and drive conversions.

    · Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

    · Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital advertising campaigns and initiatives.

    · Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize digital marketing efforts continuously.

    · Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital marketing efforts.

    · Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    · Previous management experience is essential. 5-6 years minimum.

    · Proven track record in developing and managing social media campaigns.

    · Experience in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns.

    · Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, and Shopify.

    · Skilled in video content creation and social media editing.

    · Knowledgeable in email newsletter, SMS, and app push notifications campaigns.

    · Comfortable managing multiple third-party agencies. Ability to think and move quickly in a high-paced office.

    · Experience in the electronics and gaming industry is a plus.
