    SUMMARY:

    Responsible for ensuring maximum guets service and satisfaction, and production of quality food and beverage in accordance with company standards. The Grab and go Attendant is responsible for serving cold and hot food items while keeping food prep areas clean and sanitized, and, for maintaining all the policies and practices as highlighted in Title 31, proper cash handling.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

    • Welcomes and connects with every guest.
    • Discover guests needs and appropriately suggests product with every guest to enhance service and meet sales goals.
    • Responsible for setting up and breaking down the Grab and Go area according to established procedures.
    • Responds to guests needs and says thank you to every guest.
    • Provides quality beverages consistently by following department recipes.
    • Prepares New Mexico Pinon Coffee beverages to standards.
    • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
    • Follows department policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
    • Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
    • Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters, cleaning standards, and is a team player.
    • Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with all guests and partner interactions.
    • Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
    • Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
    • Contributes to department goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
    • Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the Grab and Go Attendant position
    • Comprehensive and complete knowledge of tribal, State, and Federal Laws and Statutes pertaining to the responsible and safe service of alcohol.
    • Keep all areas clean and sanitized as directed.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Retail Management team and Food and Beverage Management team.
