The Production Partner I role at H-E-B Manufacturing involves serving as part of an operational team striving for superior business results through self-manufactured products.This position requires commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and customer service. As a manufacturing production partner, you will maintain process ownership to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment. You will also perform basic product handling tasks such as moving weighing packaging stacking operating a metal detector completing safety and environmental-related training applying basic knowledge of Mfg system documentation assisting with preparing loading production materials checking for accuracy of product maintaining Mfg processes and equipment in optimum condition depending on plant machine operation may include basic operation of scales metal detector headspace analyzer gas flushing equipment top side icers varying washing machines bun stacker product conveyors printers copiers other printing equipment.
Packing finished goods into shipping units palletizing shipping units ensuring all pallets are strapped stretchwrapped to minimize product shifting or damage is another key responsibility.
