    FedEx Delivery Driving Position **Immediate Openings**

    A FedEx Contractor is looking for package Delivery Drivers. ( Terminal is located in Springfield, IL) You would be delivering to surrounding areas of Springfield, IL. We are looking for self-motivated, safe, drivers who will provide outstanding service to our customers

    Terminal Location: 600 Corporate Court Springfield, IL

    Schedules Available: FLEXIBLE - Full time is 5 days per week; Looking for drivers with Wednesday to Sunday availability

    Typical work hours: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or until delivery completion

    DELIVERY DRIVER BENEFITS:
    • WEEKLY Paycheck - Direct deposit on Friday

    • Salary - $130-$150/day depending on performance and prior experience

    Delivery Driver Job Information:
    • We operate 7 days per week. Full-time - 5 days scheduled per week
    • This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck.
    DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER
    • Deliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows.
    • Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.
    • Operate delivery vans safely, securely, and competently.
    • Learn the route(s) and customer needs to be serviced by our company.
    • Report to the station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.
    • Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.
    DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
    • At least 21 years of age.
    • 1+ Year(s) verifiable professional driving experience in the last 3 years. MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE
    • Clean driving record - no accidents or violations in 3 years.
    • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check
    • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions
    • Ability to make stops per day
