Job summary
The Swine Barn Maintenance position's primary responsibility is to perform ongoing maintenance and complete repairs on equipment to keep the swine process running smoothly.Responsibilities
- Pump manure from pits
- Maintain grounds outside of facility this includes trash removal operating tractor to cut grass/ fields removal of snow/ice on roads in winter adding gravel due to washout
- Mowing weed-cutting bush-hoggin Complete all maintenance tasks related to electrical carpentry welding heating ventilation plumbing and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems repair and/or replace parts Control pests on property and in buildings rodents insects Maintain compost pile Champion a Safety Culture Follow and adhere to all company policies procedures Other duties as assigned
