    Our company is a leading player in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Estimator to join our dynamic team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from single-family homes and townhomes to historical sites that require a delicate touch and a deep understanding of preservation techniques.

    As a Permanent Estimator, you will be responsible for:
    Preparing detailed cost estimates for our projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts.
    Conducting site visits and gathering all necessary data to produce accurate estimates.
    Reviewing design options and recommending best solutions based on cost, engineering quality, and availability of materials.

    Working closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project and ensure estimates are accurate and competitive.

    A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
    Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
    Proficiency in relevant software, such as estimating, project management, and spreadsheet applications.
    A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to enjoy a casual beer with colleagues after work.
