    Deaconess Specialty Physicians is seeking a full-time (.5 Trauma/.5 General Orthopedic) Physician to join our team in Henderson, KY/Evansville, IN.

    Employed by Deaconess Specialty Physicians, a multispecialty group.

    Full-time position with

    $850,000 salary guaranteed for first 12 months. Sign-on bonus of $65,000.
    General Ortho (.5 FTE)

    • Henderson, KY

    Maintain a minimum of 18 hours per week of direct patient contact, along with 2 hours per week dedicated to administrative tasks.

    Trauma Surgery (.5 FTE) - Evansville, IN
    Fulfill 72 trauma surgeon shifts annually, which is approximately 6 shifts per month as stipulated in the contract.

    • Competitive productivitybased compensation after the second year. Our specialty doctors have easily exceeded their initial guarantee.
    Additional quality bonus opportunity after reaching guarantee.

    Deaconess Gateway, Deaconess Midtown (Level II Trauma Center), and Deaconess Henderson Hospitals

    Our growing orthopedics service line enjoys referrals from a Level II trauma center and a growing primary care base. We have a strong relationship with inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs within the community.

    There is an Immediate Orthopedics Care urgent care facility that also helps care for patients at their convenience while serving as another referral source.
