Qualifications
You like to roll up your sleeves and build. You bring structure to innovation and creativity. You are in equal parts technical as you are business savvy. You understand the nuances of engineering and are able to drive the team towards achieving the overall business goals. You're not going to come in with a "rule book" but rather an aptitude for positive change and a willingness to dig in and understand what our tech team is building and why. Ultimately, you will be our foundational technical project manager and help us innovate at a fast pace while intelligently managing risk, timelines, and tradeoffs.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 8 years experience in a technical field, with at least 3 years in a project or program management position
- In depth understanding of backend infrastructure and architecture
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver on commitments
Preferred
- Demonstrated capacity to work in a high tech startup environment
- Experience operating autonomously and leading across multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and EQ, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp attention to detail

- The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $150,000 and go up to $170,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
