    The Sr. Risk Associate role within our Payment and Travel Help (PATH) team, is responsible for leading the day to day operations of our Expense Process. This role will lead multiple customer facing processes within Expense Management and Corporate Card. The ideal candidate will engage with both users and our offshore team that executes on day to day risk and process functions. They will also have strong communication and process/project skills that will help them identify and lead process improvements for both user experience and risk mitigation.

    Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the enterprise adheres to Expense spend guidelines, in accordance with all applicable standards and management controls
  • Lead Daily Expense and Corporate Card processes for the Enterprise
  • Support, answer questions, and work cases for Enterprise users through multiple platforms (email, Slack, and our Case Management queue in Salesforce)
  • Work with both users of our process, as well as upstream and downstream partners to ensure the Expense process is working as intended
  • Optimize our processes by engaging with users and business partners and identifying areas of opportunity/improvement
  • Serve as a SME for the Enterprise for our North American product and engage with Expense partners outside of the US
  • Contribute to Payment and Travel Solutions training and educational opportunities, through the creation and updating of training materials
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes and industry standards when representing the department in projects and other meetings
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
  • 6 Months of Process Management experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Process Management experience and/or communication and/or content management experience
  • Corporate Card/Expense Management Experience
  • Finance, Accounting, or Expense Management experience
  • CCMP or Change Management Training
