- Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output.
- Determine method to complete each process step (e.g., machine-based, people-based or combination).
- Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (e.g., SOPs, tooling, training).
- Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action.
- Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 1 year experience with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping.
- 1 year experience with SAP or other manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience may be concurrent.
