    Job Title: Prepared Meal and Rotisserie Chicken Associate

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Prepared Meal and Rotisserie Chicken Associate. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, including our signature rotisserie chicken.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, following recipes, and organization. You will work closely with our members to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring they have the freshest items available to take home to their families.

    In this role, you will:

    • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
    • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
    • Ensure high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area
    • Be a solution seeker and innovator who tackles obstacles head-on
    • Keep member satisfaction as your top priority

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepares food according to item specifications
    • Understands and plans future productions and mass productions
    • Adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
    • Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
    • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Food Service experience preferred
    • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred
