Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our team. As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our door-to-door canvassing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet organizational goals
- Train and supervise a team of canvassers
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
- Coordinate schedules and routes for canvassing activities
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve results
- Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
- Represent the organization in a professional manner

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required

-Must have previous canvassing and/or direct sales experience

- 1 + years experience managing a team of canvassers or face-to-face marketers

-Proven track record of meeting set performance standards

- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills

-Ability to analyze the effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Experience training, coaching, and mentoring a field team

-Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail

-Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising

-Ability to self manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives

-Door-to-door experience : 1 year (Required)

-Valid Florida Drivers license (Required)
