    Description


    We are seeking a strong Release Manager who can work on our team dedicated to a secure and privacy-preserving face authentication system using commodity hardware.


    We pride ourselves on being a versatile team of machine learning (ML) researchers, system engineers, security experts, and large scale data operators, working closely with production hardware and software teams across our company.

    As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing the ML build releases that will go to the broader software team while ensuring high quality.

    You will partner closely with the infrastructure team on the release process and communicate updates or failures to them. You will also contribute feedback and help build improvements for the program in support of scaling the program.
    Please note that this role is open in Mountain View, Seattle, and New York.
    Responsibilities

    Effectively communicate with the ML team on features and improvements that are being released each week
    Execute and manage the build processes to evaluate the changes
    This involves both manual workflows and ensuring the automated processes are running correctly.
    Debug any failures in the automation and work with the engineering team on resolving issues
    Own the automation setup for new devices in the pipeline
    Process and format build tuning results for each release and collected feedback and signoff on final selected parameters
    Coordinate with our on-device team to deliver approved and verified changes and supervise the deployment process
    Evaluate available tooling and partner closely with the Tooling engineers to ensure sufficient collateral
    Perform basic quality analysis on the software builds
    Skills

    Critical thinker and problem solver
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    Excellent communications skills and ability to document and share findings
    Experience in Python, SQL
    Experience in statistics
    Track record of writing high quality reports on product performance
    Familiarity with deep learning and computer vision
    Passionate and respectful team player
    Nice to Have Skills

    2+ years experience in mobile testing
    Scientific lab work or thorough debugging experience
    $145,000 - $200,000 biweekly
