DevOps Engineer - Tampa, United States - Clearly Agile

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us support existing and new customers.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the developers and customers using the infrastructure you are involved with developing, and being our company's first line of defense in protecting our entire platform against hackers and viruses.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the company's current technology stack and develop strategy to continuously improve application deliveryEstablish milestones to measure and monitor the delivery and reliability of software as strategies are implementedIdentify manual processes during the software development lifecycle that can be automatedDevelop a cloud-migration strategy for software not currently hosted in a cloud environmentPeriodically review company's infrastructure and hosting cost to identify opportunities for cost savingsEstablish best practices and mentor other engineers in enterprise-level DevOps solutionsEnvironment: Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, Terraform, Auth0Requirements2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Gitlab, and TerraformCloud knowledge (Google Cloud Platform preferred)Experience establishing/developing continuous integration pipelines (Azure DevOps and GitLab preferred)Experience establishing/developing continuous delivery pipelines (Azure DevOps and GitLab preferred)Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure and re-platforming applications into a cloud environmentExperience developing, deploying and supporting large scale systems (.NET, Node, Go, Vue, Angular experience preferred)Experience working in an Agile environmentDegree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferredCurrent understanding of best practices regarding system security measuresExperience working together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project planLOCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTSThis is a remote role, candidates must be located in the USCandidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship)BenefitsABOUT THE COMPANYClearlyAgile is one of the fastest growing Agile companies in the Tampa Bay area.
