    DESCRIPTION OF WORK

    Clerk Typist 1 is a responsible clerical position which performs general clerical duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, data entry, filing, typing, mathematical calculations, and communicating with tenants and landlords.

    This position greets visitors as they enter the office, handles transactions, and assists with residential problems and requests.

    Attention to detail is essential for proofreading, typing, and copying information to provide office support as part of our team.

    The HACE exists to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for lower-income families and people who are elderly or have disabilities.

    We strive to help our residents achieve economic self-sufficiency and we try to instill a sense of community and pride in the neighborhoods where they reside.

    As a Clerk Typist 1 for HACE, you will be joining a staff that takes great pride in working with the tenants who we serve.

    Additional Information:

    • Full-time employment
    • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
