Maintains long term people, capacity plans and production schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives.

Maintain data integrity in systems to facilitate efficient inventory and capacity management, customer service, and operational metrics.
Utilize systems to proactively identify and communicate key drivers and proposed solutions to service and inventory issues.
Review production performance and update planning rates to accurately reflect plant capabilities and available capacity.
Maintain, review, and update all monthly inputs used to calculate safety stocks and inventory targets.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and meet company objectives.

This is a full-time/ hybrid permanent position located at our Cambridge, MD location.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field preferred.
~3+ years of relevant experience in production planning or detailed scheduling required.
~ Experience with supply planning software; working knowledge of SAP preferred.
