    Our SDETs contribute to develop our automation test infrastructure and guide its adoption throughout our engineering team.

    They use their technical skills to enhance it, and their quality mindset to foster adoption and innovation by all engineers, unlocking their potential to build fsat products of the highest quality.

    They apply their analytical acumen to assess the efficiency of our processes and steer it to become even better.
    Your ImpactBuild, maintain, and expand the automation framework.
    Collaborate with the other engineering teams to implement sound quality practices, focused on agile processes and automation adoption.
    Monitor the results of the current processes, identify weaknesses, and propose solutions.


    Analytical/Strategic Skills:
    Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
    Capacity to translate behavior patterns into logical flows.
    Capacity to analyze data and gain insight.
    Deep sense of ownership of quality of the product and drive to solution.

    Must HaveBachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field years of experience inAutomated Software Testing, Cloud computing or related fields.

    Experience in implementing automation with a modern framework such as Selenium/Capybara, TestNG, Rest Assured, JUnit, Jasmine, Mocha, Cypress.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to collaborate with development teams and product owners.


    Nice to have:
    Experience with Agile/Scrum software development process in a SaaS environmentExperience with Ruby on Rails, Javascript/Typescript.

    Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is:
    $100,000-$165,000The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidates skills, education, experience, etc.
    Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package.

    The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
