One of our growing clients is looking for a Director, Technical Process to oversee the continuous improvement and safety of company equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to engineers to achieve improvements and stay in compliance with production.
• Create and implement programs to support targets.
• Conduct analysis reports and resolve problems with equipment.
• Oversee department budgets.
• Works with Capital Projects to develop and maximize the company's' refining department.
• Carryout programs/initiatives throughout cross functional departments.
• Ensure relevant engineering standards are being adhered to for equipment repairs and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years' of Refining Industry required.
• 6+ years' experience in Management required.
• Master's or MBA preferred.

Compensation: $210,000 - $235,000 plus 20% bonus
