    Job Description

    The Software Architect plays a crucial role in understanding and uncovering the customer's requirements before the RFQ (Request for Quotation) phase. The architect works closely with the customer to bridge the gap between their needs and what is available in the market. They have the technical knowledge to suggest alternative solutions and influence the customer's decisions. The architect also ensures that the commitments made to the customer align with the capabilities and resources of the team.

    Key Performance Objectives:

    1. Develop Innovative Software Architectures that Captivate Customers

    Architect high-performance, integrated software-hardware systems that exceed client expectations and delight end-users

    Example: Designed a novel software architecture for the XYZ automotive infotainment system that improved system responsiveness by 35% and reduced integration time by 20%

    2. Drive Operational Efficiency and Accelerate Project Timelines

    Leverage your expertise in software architecture to streamline project execution, reduce complexity, and unlock unmatched flexibility

    Example: Led the software architecture for the ABC vehicle platform, enabling a 25% reduction in development costs and a 30% decrease in time-to-market

    3. Align Software Vision with Industry Trends and Foster Trusted Relationships

    Cultivate enduring relationships with clients based on your deep technical expertise and ability to anticipate market changes

    Example: Proactively engaged with key customers to align the company's software roadmap with their evolving needs, resulting in a 50% increase in repeat business and an average 95% customer satisfaction rating

    To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer, or Systems Engineering; Master's degree preferred

    Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years as a software architect

    Proven track record of architecting high-performing automotive embedded software

    Mastery of C/C++ coding and proficiency in operating systems such as Android, Linux, and AUTOSAR

    Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
